It has an international airport near the city of Leon, where you can catch national and international flights to Houston, Los Angeles and Dallas, as well as connecting flights through the United States and Mexico City to Europe. If you are traveling by car, Guanajuato is 354 km (219 mi) from Mexico City, which is about three and a half hours. Take Highway 57 to Highway 45 to Highway 110. The best bus lines that arrive in Guanajuato are Primera Plus, ETN and Omnibus de Mexico.
